Get the
answers you need quickly with WhiteStar's comprehensive Lot,
Tract and Special Survey Data.
Data
Source
WhiteStar's Digital Sub-section survey data is digitized from the Bureau
of Land Management's Official Surveys and then georeferenced
to WhiteStar's Public Land Survey Database. These Data adhere to the
National Map Accuracy Standard for a 1:24,000 scale quadrangle of +/-
forty feet.
Enhancement
Using
ESRI
GIS
technology,
WhiteStar has created
polygonal
coverages
with attributes and map-friendly annotation. All Lots, Tracts, and
Special Surveys are attributed with official BLM acreages where available
and geometry honors the official survey of record. The resulting data
are seamless across state and county boundaries and have clean polygons,
layers, and
annotation. The
data can be displayed as annotated polygons, but are also optimized for
well spotting, land management, and GIS queries.
Content
Data layers include Township, Section, Lot, Quarter Quarter, and Tract
Boundaries. Tabular attributes include meridian, township, range, section
number, survey type, survey number, survey name, aliquot part, BLM acreage,
and patentee name.
